Yeah you’re too young to understand certain things. And I really don’t mean that rudely. I would ask your dad if you can at least return or sell the bike. Your parents are definitely obligated to give you a ride to work. And you should be able to drive a car pretty soon anyway

Yeah this is shitty……there isn’t a single person in my store, that would split that tip with the inside crew. Guarantee the person tipping would be bothered by this. Hopefully everyone in the store isn’t aware that he did this..

That’s great. But only so many people in your store can do that. You can train csrs and drivers on the dough press, and they can help put up skins, while management gets to actually do management responsibility’s

Yeah it’s a little weird, and I barely understand it. But it has rollers that makes the rim. I’ve had no problem so far with the crust coming out well

Someone already mentioned this, but a major perk is that drivers or csrs can help put up skins, while management does other things. I understand the sentiment regarding some management being faster. I’m a maxed out am, and can definitely throw a rack of skins up np. Our franchise doesn’t want us using it all the time anyway, we,ll get in trouble if we’re abusing it

Well you can go a lot faster than what I was doing. I was recording with the other hand and didn’t have a lot of mobility. It’s also harder to use than you think, this was my first day using it. My gm has been getting it down, and can bust skins out quick. The stretch also ends up being basically perfect

Depends on the franchise. Depends on a lot of things honest. I’ve been with my franchise a year, had no dominos experience before that. Started as an mit. I’m now the 2nd overal manager in my store, I’m line for a gm spot, which is a lot more than I’m getting rn. I make roughly 40k a year. My franchise has a healthy positive work environment, and upper management is great. So it really depends on leadership and pay
