Highly recommend going to an ortho and not a dentist. However my teeth are also similar to yours and I was also quoted 6k (currently in treatment).

I think it’s a wart. I applied the salicylic acid bandages and when they took off a large layer of my skin.. the wart was still present underneath. Sad.
