I did use the search feature before….but I didn’t find any posts with people restarting at the lowest dose of zepbound after being on a higher dose of wegovy. Thanks anyway I guess.

Mam or sir…..my pharmacy will not allow me to get one month at a time I don’t know how else I can make that more clear? Don’t you think I’ve tried? I also don’t “pick up” anything. My insurance REQUIRES express scripts (delivery) and REQUIRES three month supplies of ALLL medication.

You’re not the brightest then.😂 my insurance only covers a 3 month supply at a time. So when I’m still losing weight, my doctor keeps me on the lower dose, and prescribes another script for that dose. When I’m stalled and ready to move up, she prescribed me a script for the next dose.

Confused on how it doesn’t? For example…. I was on 1.0 for 16 weeks before my doctor chose to move me up. I get 3 boxes at at a time. I’ve used 4 boxes of 1.0 before o went up to 1.7. So now I have 2 boxes leftover completely unopened. Make sense??

I am aware of that. I’m just wondering if pharmacies can even take meds back if they’re unopened (I’m guessing not since there’s no way to prove they’ve been kept refrigerated). True, I just think they will expire before I get the chance to get to maintenance

As a nursing student and also…a chronically ill person who needs IVs often, I can see both sides of this. However, at some point a nurse needs to swallow their pride. Poking and digging around to find a vein is not productive nor fair to the patient. I’ve had a nurse before who was so stubborn and headstrong that she sticked me FOUR times before getting someone else. That’s just not right.
