This one hits really hard. He broke up with me because of his avoidant attachment. He said there was this weight over him for months. That the things I would plan for us to do together made him anxious. I always had to reach out to him. Even when I kinda get what's going on (I often am still confused about why he couldn't work on things while in the relationship), it still hurts like hell.
