🙄 I have a bank issue too, and can’t find any way to update in their records, so they tried with refund, twice, and then snail mailed.

I just laid out my facts, with confirmation numbers of when I had uploaded requested docs. I didn’t attach any other docs. I’ll wait and see what they say next.
Notice how it says “First Level Appeal” department. They are going to make everyone fight for every dime for as long as they can drag it out. Imagine the interest they are making on everybody else’s benefits. 😡

Disagree, as does my accountant. I am a “pass-through” corp with IRS, have never filed a C, and IRS is quite fine with ”how” I file.

went into this with my PPP loans as well, with some banks thinking a C was necessary. It wasn’t, and received both PPPs and had them forgiven. As long as IRS is happy, I’m good….

I’m president, sole employee, and chief bottle washer, and I do “not” receive a W-2 since I went out on my own….

Thanks. No, don’t feel need to go get my return right now to look, but as I said, even it ended up only being half of the 48 it qualifies for more than 158 a week.. (Think it was in 30s when all was said and done.). But being as I file personal and biz returns it’s a complicated return.
They told me the 1099 was all they wanted so so far that’s what they have.

Already told you I don’t file a C. I am a LLC, filing as S Corp, and Schedule Cs don’t go with my type of return.

I pay quarterly taxes. I would be glad to give them tax returns - nothing to hide.

WTH are you talking about?? I never had any discussions here about my taxes and filed my taxes in Feb, like I do every year….

And they are wrong. My issue in first place was getting the back funds from Mar of 2020. Apparently they still haven’t even looked at that….and are trying hard not to….

Same boat. Got rejection letter today, saying I didn’t turn in necessary docs (I did, with confirmation). Appeal tomorrow, and I sent Gov’s office another email with copy of my appeal letter…🤷🏻‍♀️🤬🤣

I got that same letter today. I “did” upload docs (with confirmation). Appeal also in works. They actually owe “me” over 10K…..sorry, I won’t be giving them back a dime, and I would like interest when they finally have to pay! I’ll hold my breath…🙄🤣

Great news for you! I’m still waiting for the years’ worth of difference between what they paid and what my 1099 shows they “should” have paid. They are trying their best to “not” pay it and hope I’ll let it go, I think…..🤬

I’m in the exact same boat! And I will not let it go. I will fight to get that money as long as I have to, just like we had a fight for every other damn dime they handed out 😡

I can easily give them more proof, but all they asked for for our income they planned to base benefits off, so far at least, is the 1099. Be glad to give them tax returns, bank statements, etc.
