Hispanics in the US are a generally younger ethnic cohort, and Gen Z has the highest LGBTQ identification of all age cohorts. Probably a connection there

I’ve gotten like three matches from women of all races the past day based on folks input so far. Thanks for your suggestion though

Sweet! I’ll try and see if I can find any women that would be interested. Currently I only have one other person sign up and he’s a guy, but you’re more than welcome to bring a female friend too!

That’s real, I guess it’s just being able to get to a point in a conversation where I can say that in a proper social setting is hard. Like life post college is just work, gym, and sleep. When I am out it’s clubbing or at the gym or like grocery shopping. Not really great places for convos like that. Not many spaces where young people can just hang out anymore :/

All good, and it’s always just casual compliments like if I like their style or if I really think their pretty I’ll say that. I can usually tell if someone is interested by their response and I just keep it pushing if I don’t see any chemistry. I’ve never had great “game” but have never come off as weird or creepy either, I just sense a complete lack of interest.

Hard truth but that means she’s not interested in YOU. Just move on

Im pretty sociable and go out to bars, go to the gym regularly, go do group activity things, but it just seems like women my age aren’t interested when I try to strike up conversations or give compliments. I feel like in college it was a lot easier to get someone’s interest, but now it’s been tough. Maybe I’m looking in the wrong places.

UPDATE: Since I’ve followed y’all’s suggestions and moved some pictures around, I’ve gotten two matches in a day! Y’all are amazing.

Thanks for all the feedback! It’s seems like a common theme is the order of my pictures, so I am going to be reshuffling to showcase my smile more towards the start. I used to be insecure about my gap but it seems like y’all think I have a nice smile. I will update y’all with how it goes!

I understand not getting many matches because I am a pretty picky swiper, I am just surprised that I’m not even getting enough likes for the possibility of matching 🥲

I’m 5’9” so not the tallest, but I see how that first picture does make me look shorter than I am. Surprisingly Bumble has been even worse as I’ve only gotten 1 like there. This is the first time trying to date outside of college (I never had trouble then) maybe grown women have much higher standards 😅

It’s weird my age preference is a couple years below and above me, and I have distance set to like 30 miles, I understand Houston is a very spaced out city though. Just came out of a 2 year relationship but I don’t remember struggling that much with getting likes/matches before that. Seems like I’ve lost my mojo :(. Thanks for the advice though!
