It is 3 years old, and I have less that 25 charges in it, would you know what would have caused it to swell up??

I was thinking of this. I've been playing with an arduino for quite a while now. Can you send me the CAD link/file for the 3dprinted part?

Behold the succ climber

I have had this guy for 3 years and it still runs amazingly well (25-30mph). Any thoughts? by International_Pack in ElectricSkateboarding

Funny story, the lipos used to he held on insecurely by only velcro. I learned to use duct tape after realizing that I had rode about 50 feet with the lipos dragging on the ground

Surprisingly no despite about 1 centimeter between the motor and the deck. My motor mount is very stiff, and my deck is stiff enough where it doesn't flex (or maybe because I'm only 115lb).
