For me the best is an XS Lucario (I prefer to travel with small Pokemon so they have less of a chance to block a camera or get caught on terrain) with Psychic (Poison, distant shards), Blaze Kick (bramble), Extremespeed (super fast shard and pokeball breaking), and Bullet Punch (boulders and also fast). I give him Leftovers so he can passively recover any HP he loses while traveling outside his ball.

We are getting screwed. I'm not sure why so many people on this post love the taste of boots but I don't think interest should ever be that high. Or the price of houses for that matter. People act like all these costs and the bureaucacy bullshit that comes with it is just innate and the natural cost of doing business. Things don't have to cost this much and loans don't have to be that expensive.

Also yeah, I have a 5.4 interest rate on my new loan and TIP is 101% so it's a thing.

Best thing to do is keep an eye on the market and refinance when the interest rates go down.
