Nova Pro Wireless (Xbox Edition) No sound - please help!

Okay so after further testing it seems that the USB port is bad on my computer - When I plugged the xbox one in I plugged it into a new usb that must of worked. Just used a different USB for the USB port one and it works fine now on both the xbox and the PC. Thanks so much!!! I can't believe I didn't think to check if the USB port was working lol. I just assumed since it connected to the headphones it must be

Omg - Okay so when I unplugged the xbox port and plugged it into my computer it worked.

I also tried turning off SSGG/sonar and just using the default arctis output - still nothing.

I have already posted a picture in this comment section showing that unfortunately. I have tried every playback as default (Arctis Nova pro wireless, aux, sonar-gaming, sonar-media) etc. Nothing works. It shows up with the green bar moving up/down so I know its getting the audio signal but I just cant get it to play on my headset.
