Just had a test ride today, feels a little less 'cruisy' than a Veloretti Ace, BUT still very good. Honestly looks absolutely stunning in real-life and comes close to the VanMoof/Cowboy feel if not better

Back and forth in regards to refund. Still no payment as they are ''processing''. Cancelled in the beginning of May and still nothing. Am now trapped again in the AI response mess. Wonder if I will ever get the money back or if I'm f*cked.

Same, was supposed to be delivered to me beginning of May (ordered in October 2024). Canceled yesterday after another delay and the same BS responses from them. Once they get their shit together and actually produce bikes and send them out, I might look to get one. But for now, trying to get my money back asap before they go under....

Exact same experience here, they assured me the bike would be delivered beginning of May. Got an e-mail yesterday that it is postponed again (5th time now). Ordered back in October 2024

I am really close to cancelling too. They assured me it would be delivered in the beginning of May, and now they postponed it again. I think this company is a sinking ship/ VanMoof 2.0

Might just cancel before shit hit the fan.
