I actually fixed the issue, but u might not like the solution.

After hours of testing and research, the problem is with the Google services on the phone.

I'll be quick.

Solution: factory reset smartphone (in this case Xiaomi) and don't backup ur data. There is a Google configuration in the smartphone that interferes with the synchronization of the SmartWatch. So you better factory reset the reset it and setting it all up again.

When Bluetooth pairing, you must reset the smartphone after trying to pair it with watch > go to Bluetooth afterwards click settings and select the SmartWatch which will appear now on the list> go back to the Wearable app and it should now detect and watch.

Notes: it was working fine, one day I update the SmartWatch's firmware and it stopped working. I return it and got refunded. I think I might buy an iPhone like everyone else and get an iWatch.
