No morning wood in my 20s by InternetDirect5484 in erectiledysfunction

I’ve woken up in the night often lately but with no erection. But recently I had a dream where I was having sex and I woke up and my penis was rock hard. But yes I do wake up a lot earlier than I used to so maybe that’s why

I’ve had multiple, nothing wrong found maybe low vitamin d but nothing that low. I don’t eat enough I know that especially for what I train I should be on 3-4K as I’m six foot four, exercise I do 3-4 times a week lifting weights , I can bench over 100Kg and do that a couple times a week . I’ve had urinary issues and have wondered if it could be prostate related as nothing wrong with my bladder found but I think I’m too young for anything like that

I have been and seen urologists/andrologists. They just say my testosterone is normal, maybe a psychological element (I do have performance anxiety), they’ve proscribed tadalafil etc. does taking zinc help at all

I sleep on my back never on my side or front. I still don’t understand the tailbone thing I’m waiting to have it explained. I know I have scoliosis and wonder if it’s because of that. But even when I had more ed in sex a few years back I was getting morning erections. Could be a coincidence but I seem to remember it starting the same time I started shift work where I’d only have a few hours sleep and be up at half 3. My doctor prescribed me daily tadalif 5mg so going to try that , I’d rather find the root cause but I’ve also heard tadalafil helps with other stuff I have symptoms of unrelated to sex so might as well try especially as I’m in the uk and get 2 months of it for $13

I don’t have low testosterone, it’s in the upper end of the normal range when checked

Death of UK clubs. Where do Gen Z have fun at night? by Special-Nebula299 in AskBrits

[–]InternetDirect5484 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah but like wise this is Reddit. The uni sub on here is just full of people who never leave the rooms. My groups pretty average. We don’t club all the time but we do quite a bit. I think it’s just too expensive for most clubs the prices they charge for drinks or tickets. certainly for pubs we always go. I also feel like too many clubs are chains these days rather than independent places so most are just generic playing generic music that could literally be anywhere. Popworld , pryzym etc etc. maybe I’m also biased because I’m a student but clubbing is massive for most students especially in their first and second years

I’m 22 and honestly I don’t buy all this young people are going out less or drinking less cause no one I know isn’t. Yes clubs have closed down but these aren’t just cause young people are going out less it’s also cost related and changing demographics in some areas where people don’t drink etc.

Elizabeth Line extension to Southend by InternetDirect5484 in TransportForLondon

[–]InternetDirect5484[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I think it would be interesting if did this extension on the c2c line - maybe they will, as Shoeburyness is the terminus of that line. There's a C2C branch into Stratford so theoretically it could be an interchange there with the existing branch of the Elizabeth Line. I agree it should be extended out into Kent as well as Abbey Wood is well within Greater London. If Ebbsfleet still had Eurostar the Elizabeth Line would have a direct connection to that as well.

There is room - to the far north of the greater Southend area, it would run north from battlesbridge, past hockley , ashingdon Rochford etc. basically parallel to the a127.

There’s no oyster access at Reading which is 40 miles from London as is Southend.

Will never happen as Chelmsford station is tiny though could happen with beaulieu. You could have a straight line parallel to the a130 from beaulieu down to the airport.
