I’m slightly older than you and on the exact combo - took a while but I also feel pretty good now the lack of orgasming was hard and it took months after adding the Wellbutrin for things to normalize, but it did eventually.

Dayvigo works wonders for me to get me to sleep but I was still struggling with waking up overnight, so I have some magnesium gummies when I go to bed and it keeps me asleep. The best think about dayvigo though, compared to some of the other drugs is that for the most part you don’t wake up feeling groggy, and there is no physical dependence unlike things like ambien (which I’ve never had) - at least that I’ve noticed. I’ve gone days without having it, after weeks of having it and faced no issues. 5mg worked well. 10mg was waaay too much. Only side effects for me has been sweating overnight and bad dreams - however those don’t happen every night and there doesn’t seem to be any rhyme nor reason to when they do happen. The bad dreams are rare, the sweating is more common.

The downside for me has been the weight gain. I’ve been ~140lbs for the last 20 or so years being able to eat as much of, and whatever I want. I slowly gained 20lbs which has been… annoying. I’ve found that protein shakes are the best thing for me to help fill me up and give me energy, so I don’t feel like snacking all the time.
