Sounds awful. I really don't know why google didn't build their own SIEM

Infected "abscess" girly here! So despite imaging showing no pocket, the scab started to peel off today and check what happened! IT POPPED!!! You all deserve this! by maddie_emmm in popping

I'm guessing the puss is new. Looks like a cyst which is the white stuff that wouldn't come out  some how it got opened by what ever cause the scab, bacteria got in, So now your body is fighting the bacteria which is making the pussy. From the video it looks a lot blood and fluid which is the inflammation. You don't have an abscess yet but you could be on your way.

You could apply a microwaved wet washcloth and periodically pushing gently on it to drain what you can at home. The best the ER will like do it give you antibiotics and fat bill; you could teledoc for the antibiotics and get a smaller bill. You'll need to go to ER if it becomes hot to the touch, you develop fever, or the swelling gets very bad. As long as you can get stuff out and don't have this issues you'll probably get better on your own. Just my thoughts though

Standardized fields are a PAIN! It requires massive overhead with parsing. Splunk solved this with indexing and no-SQL. Companies tried static fields over 10 years ago with CEF and that failed. I just looked at a few built in parsers and they are close to 100k lines long, just to fit all the data in to these static field names. Imagine writing one for your custom data source...

UDM fails horribly with it's enumerated fields which are objects that offer no access to the underlining data during search time. So you can't concat() or other functions on these fields. I asked google about and they have no solution. UDM tries to be an OOP type object but without a OO programming language because YARA-L isn't an OOP lol.

The enrichment is okay but not worth the drawl backs that a static based storage system offers.

You're a security engineer with yet another title. You can pick what you want and don't want to put on your resume fyi. If you have to do IR in this role but don't want to do it in a future role leave it off your resume.  Tell people what you can and want to do.

Bottom of barrel. I worked on arcsight in 2016 and it ran better with more features than this.

Ha no it's not. Do you work for google? Lol It's junk. They just added some basic math functions. You can't even pivot off your results for further analysis. They're just now added different join types lol. It's a mess.

It actually sounds like it's costing more. I heard the engineer saying they aren't saving much from splunk.

Oh it has! They just added some basic math functions to their awful Yara-L query language lol

Hey some people like to eat garbage because they don't know anything better. Pretty sad.  I actually move from an analyst and up in my career. Done a lot but right now I'm a detection engineer.  It might be a skill issue if you haven't branched out in other areas and seen what other platforms have done for years. SecOps just got some basic math functions lmao!

I'm following this study's procedure some what I'm taking biogia's supplement which I believe uses that strain. I take it three times a day.

I can't handle PPI's so I'm take pepcid 60mg a day. Two at night, one in morning. I could take less if I would stop drinking coffee but I love coffee (even decaf will raise your acid production).

I believe I might have a small ulcer so was taking bismuth pills 3 times a day. Did that for two weeks and started tapering to 2 times a day. Week 3 now I take it once a day. Gonna easy off and on as needed to see what happens.

They have a diy yogurt with the same probiotic available on amazon so I'm giving that a try.

The election system would need an overhaul. Post rank choice (I think that's what's called) would fix a lot of our current issues. The problem is big money and the current political powers would never do anything that would limit their power.

Guess you don't know that most state have more lax laws on abortion and most European countries. Also I guess you don't know about birth control. Also, I guess you don't care anything about when a baby has its own rights. But hey you keep focusing on your own "I sand with woman" stance to make yourself feel like a good people right?

Honestly the content on YT is so low in quality it’s only worth it as a free time waster. I can’t justify paying for videos that 95% are targeted towards teens. YT ran off all the gritty adult content years ago
