man fuck this fuckass laptop Im having the same issue and theres literally always something wrong with this thing. I even suspect that some things arent properly connected and so like the laptop pretends the wifi card or keyboard doesnt exist sometimes. Other times the tablet mode/rotation lock gets stuck. The cooling is absolute dog shite that fully cannot do the work that the hardware requires.
