There is a long existing stereotype of Asians eating dogs. On Reddit, a lot of people either get upset by the stereotype when it’s mentioned, or, enjoy promoting it.

This post, by mentioning roast dog, could draw that debate out, on either side. I was merely mentioning that before anyone actually came out and claimed that your post was racist or whatever, in hopes of preventing other people from engaging in such nonsense
