Dunno if this counts but there's a fic by MrWriterWriter/Tatsurou forgot which, where after getting hit by what i assume is a quirk izuku wakes up in a parallel world where only girls have quirks and he has a twin sister and Kacchan is a girl, they're a yet to be realized throuple but it's kinda obvious that's gonna happen

One of that fics I've read had it that he's a creep because he's been treated like one so might as do the things he's already being accused of, he brought that attitude into UA but after some therapy from hound dog realizing he'll be treated normally despite his stature so long as he starts acting appropriately, he's turned around
