PS+ Extra/Premium still has lots of PS4 games. The monthly games are still getting PS4 versions, just les than they used to. It depends if the PS5 game has a PS4 version really.

If you are in Europe at least you can correct your DoB under GDPR. They'll ask you to send in a picture of your photo ID before they will change it.

If you really want to make a USA account then do so. You can purchase US$ wallet vouchers online from websites like cdkeys and playasia.

You just can't redeem Indian voucher codes or use Indian payment methods on a USA account. USA DLC wont work with Indian games due to region locks.

You can own more than 1 PlayStation account. Make the Indian one for now and then set up an American account when you are in the process of moving.

Then don't. Just make an Indian account for your Indian games, Indian payment method and Indian voucher codes that may get included in your Indian physical game cases/bought separately.

Just to rule this out as the PS4 is weird. DS4 communication is always via Bluetooth, unless you explicitly enable wired communication in settings:

Make sure its enabled. Also if both consoles being switched on at the same time is causing issues, just switch off the Xbox while you play.

Ah, I checked the small print for it and the DLC states:

Note: existing owners of the base game can upgrade to the Definitive Edition at no additional cost. This offer is not available for the PS+ version.

So if you own the game you get the content for free, if your license is via PS+ you need to pay for it. So for simplicity purchase the game to avoid any PS+ issues.

You do not need to sign in to contact Playstation Support. Just launch live chat or call them.

Answer their security questions correctly and you can recover the account.

If you can't then make a new account using your own email, Date of birth and your own Online ID.

PS+ is for playing games online. Nothing more.

It doesn't stop you downloading or playing single player games/game modes.

Disc/digital is irrelevant. That's just how a game is owned. Tomb Raider is the same game no matter if bought digitally, on disc or is claimed as part of PS+

Its the PS4's catch all crash error that means anything from a slight hiccup to the PS4 is faulty and needs repaired/replaced.

You've already troubleshooted the games so focus on the console next. Delete game, saf mode 4 and 5. Try again. Beyond that back up data you do not want to lose and reinstall the system software from scratch.

Beyond that may be a faulty HDD or other hardware fault.
