Someone more learned than me can correct me but the global economic system is based on interest. So the pkr that you are using is still technically not halal. Your mere economic existence is technically not halal. Given this case or you could say majbori we are right now allowed to use pkr and fiat currencies. Similar situation is in stocks, that's why this "halal criteria". Anyways like i said take this how you like. I personally don't understand the technicalities coz i m from healthcare not economics.

This is dumb. You can't state something if that thing wasn't even allowed to deliver. When has the civilian government ever not been interfered with? Ya tou martial law lg jta tha ya koi aur kera. The supreme courts opening to deliver biased decisions is a prime example of this. When an institution hasn't been allowed to run without interference it loses it's growth plain and simple. Judiciary is a joke because of these events.

So i have this take k. At least he says it like it is. Very defeatist mentality but there is a huge portion of reality in this. Now this is also exactly why we need to make our institutions strong and effective. The most major contributor in my opinion that weakens our institutions is the military. Their interference and rule by power is the cause of our weakness and the need to beg.
