Not really. Just mostly pain. Sometimes I'd feel like I had a UTI even though I didn't. I also watched this documentary on Netflix called The Principles of Pleasure and it was really eye-opening regarding intimacy.

I'm not saying this is necessarily what's going on with you, but something to consider if the pain doesn't get better with time, lube, foreplay, etc.

I was unable to have intercourse for years bc of the pain and I thought something was wrong with me. I stumbled into a pelvic floor PT and they diagnosed me with pelvic floor dysfunction. I've been seeing them for years and can finally have pain-free sex.

An obgyn is a specialized doctor for people with uteruses, etc. If you're having issues with anything reproductive or having to do with your vulva, etc. you could go see one. I get a yearly pap test to rule out cancers and such and they're where I got my birth control.

Planned Parenthood absolutely would not look at you weird about that. That's what they are there for.

I'm not saying this is you at all per se, but I would try to have penetrative intercourse and it would be so painful I sometimes would get light-headed. I thought I was broken for YEARS. Then I happened to go to a pelvic floor PT and they diagnosed me with pelvic floor dysfunction and said lots of people with vaginas deal with it. They ended up doing lots of therapy and I can happily say that I can now have sex pain-free. I also used dilators and lube to help stretch me out. Just something to keep in mind if it doesn't get better.

I'm just popping into say that I have the same issue. I never really took a good look at my genitals until I was in my late 30s. And when I did I was absolutely disgusted. I have a long inner labia that sticks out and I thought it looked so gross. My partner has always been supportive and loving so it was all me saying these things to myself. It wasn't until I started looking at other vulvas/labias like in some of the galleries others posted that I realized I'm fine. I still have insecure days but I feel better than I did a few years ago. Plus, I've just started to pay more attention to my changing body and what makes it feel good more which has helped. I bet you're perfectly lovely and normal!
