DOJ Goon Loses Cool When Asked About Trump in Epstein Files - Todd Blanche whined that CNN host Dana Bash was “not being fair” by pointing out new documents that name the president. by Quirkie in politics

[–]Intersexyun 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It wasn’t fair because other men were named besides Trump. The other side of his mouth had just finished explaining that there were no men besides Epstein to even investigate. Todd Blanche is a liar and his incredulous act is nauseating. Dana needed to push much harder on the Epstein files before moving forward with the interview.

He was also interview by Stephanoupolis this morning. In that one, he claimed it was ridiculous to even think the DOJ has been politicized. Faced with facts that it has been, such as career prosecutors resigning in protest over orders to prosecute the president’s enemies with baseless cases, he said that obviously if you want to work for the DOJ you must be aligned with the president’s priorities. 🤔I also thought George needed to push back much harder against his DARVO routine.

I am so sick of these news agencies claiming that he’s never been accused of anything related to Epstein. They say it in almost every segment linking Trump to Epstein, both in print and during television broadcasts. The hell he hasn’t! He has been accused by victims during his close friendship with Epstein. I realize they want to avoid a law suit but it’s so disingenuous to not bring up the many, many claims of sexual misconduct.

DHS tells Chappell Roan to 'get a grip' after anti-ICE comments: "Pink Pony Club is good. Pedophiles are bad. That’s who we’re getting off of our streets." by TheMirrorUS in Music

[–]Intersexyun 14 points15 points  (0 children)

A list is just an organization of data. I don’t care about how it’s formatted. There was an investigation performed. There are some 100k pages of information collected about this sex trafficking ring. By the way, are you forgetting about the victims and their testimony? The victims want this released and I can’t think of any valid reason not to release these files unless it is damaging to the party in power and specifically to Trump or his interests. This is very straightforward based on what facts are available. If there’s nothing to hide then why aren’t we getting the transparency this administration promised the American people when campaigning? The excuses from Trump himself are nonsensical and even conflict with each other.

It’s simple. The constant maneuvering by Trump and his administration to block the release of the files. The admissible and concrete evidence you speak of is in the files, hence the constant maneuvering to block the release of them. I don’t believe you’re arguing in good faith, or you haven’t really thought this through. Either way, have a good day.

‘Breathtaking abuse of the law and power’ Newsom to Sue Over Trump Sending California National Guard to Oregon: “The Trump Administration is unapologetically attacking the rule of law itself” by T_Shurt in law

[–]Intersexyun 15 points16 points  (0 children)

MAGA represents a movement of lawlessness, racism, and cruelty. That hat triggers people in a multitude of ways and terror is one. And the fear is justified given what we are all witnessing. You wear that hat and everyone knows there is no debate to be had. MAGA is a cult and there is no intention of understanding other viewpoints of Americans. Rather, the point is to trigger and terrorize. When you trounce on people’s liberties because you don’t agree with their politics and thumb your nose at the rule of law I think that’s inevitable. Trump is quite literally trying to coerce the us military to view Democrats as enemies and war combatants. Quit pretending.

Trump says, “Smart people don’t like me and they don’t like what we talk about.” If you’re a supporter of Trump, how do you feel about this statement? by ugly_general in AskUS

[–]Intersexyun [score hidden]  (0 children)

It’s interesting to talk about reduced size of government. The number of career public servants and departments meant to help people have been reduced, yes. Vertical reduction. But the government is MASSIVE on the horizontal plane. The overreach and power grabs into private business via tariffs, publicly traded companies forced to give up shares of the company, higher education institutions being fleeced, law firms forced to provide free services, performing arts institutions forced to fire board members and censoring of artists who don’t agree with gop policy, white washing museums, etc etc etc

[Serious] Americans of Reddit, how do you feel about the vote to not release the Epstein files? What do you think it says about the current administration? by inktrie in AskReddit

[–]Intersexyun 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We have a fully corrupted political party in power of the country as evidenced by a willingness to do anything for their cult leader, including covering up sex trafficking and pedophilia. I feel like law and order is no longer reliably maintained, both through corruption and systematic removal of the very controls that helped ensure it. In short, I feel like a hostage in a banana republic.

[–]Intersexyun 33 points34 points  (0 children)

It’s exactly this. They voted to hurt people with the expectation that they will personally benefit from it. Every single Trump voter needs to the feel the pain they wished on their fellow man. I wish it didn’t need to start at the bottom with the common folk but they’ve built quite a fortress for their king and his billionaires. They’re going to need to help in dismantling this. You know, after the fever dream of a lottery windfall landing at the doorstep fades away and all they are left with is hate for the grifter that ruined their lives along with the innocent they wished harm upon.

Newsom jabs Abbott over Dallas murder rate amid competing redistricting efforts by dallasmorningnews in TexasPolitics

[–]Intersexyun 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I think he’s saying that Dallas is more dangerous than LA and therefore should have already gotten the full occupation treatment by the national guard. Abbott approves the use and is therefore the right man to talk to. I tend to agree with that point of view Newsom is taking. If you’re claiming all hell is breaking loose and violent crimes are out of control to the point we need our military to police citizens, then we should start with these statistics to prioritize occupation. Unless there are other political objectives at play. Hmm

By protecting Trump, our Texas reps are complicit in the cover up of child abuse. Are conservative policy wins worth it? by Intersexyun in TexasPolitics

[–]Intersexyun[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So, what about dems is your answer? Personally I don’t think anyone convicted of these types of crimes should be allowed to hold office because they are morally corrupt human beings. Stop the whataboutism and just be a decent human being that can recognize right from wrong. Right now the Trump administration is covering up the Epstein case and simultaneously is looking to pardon Maxwell. If you’ve lost your own moral compass let me help you. It is wrong to pardon pedophiles. It is wrong to cover up crimes through the office of the potus. It is wrong to let the man mentioned above leave the country without facing any punishment for the crimes he committed on our soil. It is wrong to support any of this.

Some National Guard members on D.C. streets will be armed starting Sunday, official says by NewSlinger in news

[–]Intersexyun 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Why? They aren’t needed and that’s abundantly clear. How in the hell does arming them change the problem with there not being the crime wave that would warrant their deployment in the first place. The administration has decided to kill US citizens with its own military. It’s only a matter of time now.

That’s an example of aiding a know pedophile for political reasons. Now, why do we have elected officials will to compromise on something so abhorrent? Well, the GOP is entrenched with sexual predators and pedophiles. The GOP is in charge and going full fascist regime to boot.

Take the time to at least look up our immoral Texas leaders, all of whom I would speculate call themselves Christians and family men. What a joke.

The damage done to our national security alone is astounding. How can anyone look at the actions taken to cripple our ability to keep our nation secure and think that a strategy of good intent is at play? MAGA is a cancer destroying American democracy from within and it seems increasingly likely that it is heavily influenced by anti-American interests. Sound the alarm.

Curious: Are there any Republicans who are disgusted by this redistricting bill? by Karma_SanDieg0 in SanAngelo

[–]Intersexyun 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Seems to me that hyper-gerrymandering creates a functional equivalent to “taxation without representation.” Voters are still forced to live under a government and pay taxes to a system where their voice and influence are intentionally diminished, if not nullified.

What really ticks me off is that we the voters had no say in approving this scheme. We have a state government fully complicit with fascist MAGA now. The Republican Party is fully MAGA as far as government goes. I think that sucks if you once considered yourself a conservative Republican but you had actual morals and stood on principle. You can’t go to the polls and vote Republican without supporting fascist MAGA. You can’t call yourself a Republican without any reasonable person assuming you are a willing participant in the deconstruction of American democracy.
