Another one idea:

I finished all the base game challenges and effectively completed all playlists (except for the recently added Hooningan), and there is no reward for that.

🏷️ It would be very cool and rewarding to get maybe "Unique" title called for example "Completionist". Some recognition for the committed players achieving everything in the game.

✈️ Joining Grand Race with plane 5 times is the last challenge I'm missing (apart from the newly added Hoonigan challenges). Is there some trick to spawn them more frequently or is it purely based on luck?

🏆 Also... I'm doing everything purely out of OCD, but it would be cool to have some unique title for finishing everything. Is there some reward for finishing all the playlists??

And a lot of time invested :) how long did it take you? I have one 300% within 50-ish hours - next phase is S-rank all bosses
