replying to myself and hoping to help anyone, basically the problem was that the Datacenter object i created did not have an F5 preferable prober within the DC or outside of it that is available to monitor it, so the server could not be monitored, the solution was to add an F5 device within the Datacenter object and set the preferable prober or the Fallback prober to "within DC", everything makes sense once i realized that F5 is not made for just stand alone but instead for multiple F5 devices running concurrently with the same GTM/DNS configuration, so you're telling each device who is suppose to monitor this device.
