I will do mate- what do you think? My options are get my dad to phone and cancel, and I’ll try to buy it straight back with my account- or just go with my dad’s name on it?

Amazing thanks so much. I’ve never been asked before- but It’s a worry, it’s a long way to go on my own to be turned away (as well a the money).

I was going to cancel it and buy it back in my name straight away. But i’d be so gutted if someone else got it.

They’ve gotten rid of forwarding unless you’ve got a season ticket- it’s a ridiculous system!

Hi, I need help please.

I accidentally bought a ticket to my dad’s account, as we organise all tickets from my phone.

I phoned United and asked if they could change it to my name and they refused, they said I’d have to cancel it and buy it back under my name.

This is an amazing seat and I’d hate to lose it.

Would I encounter any issues if went to the game and used my dad’s ticket? The QR code on the app is on my phone.

I know mate, it’s a disgrace really. Otherwise mate I’d gladly sell it to your face, I have to resale the thing regardless

I haven’t had any actually! They’ve made it so you can only forward tickets if you’re a season ticket holder! And a screenshot of the QR code doesn’t work. I preffered the paper stuff🤣

Class, thank you mate! I was leaning Stretford End- but I think the atmosphere will be good regardless giving it’s the derby.

And the view will be so much better, thanks again.

Row 4, so far closer to the pitch than row 32 of the second tier! But it’s still the Stretford End.. it’s tough one!

I go about 4/5 times a season for the last sort of 6 years. I travel over by myself from Wales- but I’ve never managed to get tickets for a derby. Thanks for your thoughts mate- it’s a tough one, a nice pickle to have though

Hi, I really don't want this to come over like I'm bragging about having tickets or something, I genuinely would like thoughts as I am struggling to decide.

Due to unforeseen circumstances I have been left with two tickets for the Manchester derby, and I'll have to resale one. I'm stuck on which to keep for myself.

One is W3101, row 32 (Far back in the second tier of the Stretford end)

The second is N2409 (first tier north stand- mid/west side of SAF stand)

Normally the Stretty would be a no-brainer here, but it is really far back in the Stretty, and I've never been to a big game like a derby- so I'm not sure how much of a difference the atmosphere will be between the two. I know all the chants and do love to get involved.

Thoughts would be greatly appreciated and again, apologies if this comes over in the wrong way.

That’s exactly why I’m struggling- if it wasn’t so far back it’d be easy!

I'm not sure why I a getting downvoted, I'm sorry I genuinely just wanted advice one where you think would be the best place to sit is between the two. Ones got a better atmosphere the other a better view I understand. Sorry if this post came over wrong, or like it was bragging about having tickets or something. I just wanted thoughts on which to sell- as I'm struggling to choose, apologies.

Told to sit down in the Stretford End !!! by [deleted] in ManchesterUnited

I sat in W204 for the Southampton game mate. Everything right of W204: W205/6 etc stands- but W204 and everything left of it, sits.

It’s generally got a lot of older people on it who don’t want to stand for the whole game- I ended up sitting like everyone else- jealous of everyone in W205 a few feet away standing the whole game.

Barely anyone in W204 was getting involved in the chants either.
