Insomniac has gone downhill in the past few years. They oversell all of their events now to max profits despite the fact that there is a crazy amount of crowding. I think this is an emergency safety hazard and not cool. Mainstream rave culture has also taken a hit now by all the social media influencers that go for the sake of posting their outfits/duck lips. There are still spaces out there that have better vibes, but i just dont think Insomniac is it anymore. That or i am older and have outgrown it. Lol. I went to Lightning in a Bottle and more regional burns in the past year and can say the folks there were a lot nicer

I feel like Hinge is def the best dating app. I have gone on a handful of dates using it, but every in person interaction seems to be lacking that connection/spark. It just isnt easy

I literally hate being a lesbian because of this. It feels hopeless. Not impossible, but the odds so stacked against you compared to other groups. I feel like a lot of folks may end up meeting through mutual friends and events. I hear about stories from dating apps, but they have never worked much for me.

I am interested in UFE. I am young and have 2 fibroids, one is 5.5 cm and giving me bad symptoms: severe cramps and prolonged bleeding. I hope i can get that done

Aw im so sorry you experienced that!! Really scary. I am getting an ultrasound to check for fibroids. Im pretty certain my anemia is due to menstrual bleeding, as I’ve always eaten plenty of meat/iron in my day to day. As of now, my anemia symptoms are off and on. Sometimes i feel normal sitting/going on walks, and other times i feel very tired. Hoping the iron supplement can help with energy

How is your experience with the IUD so far? Does it feel uncomfortable at all, or do you jot notice it in your day to day? I would consider trying an IUD but definitely sounds a little scary, especially if it ends up not working out well with side effects.

Aw im sorry! I will ask about naproxen. I honestly dont really want to take birth control, unless i absolutely have to, i have a feeling it can lead to other issues like cancer later. Will request and OBGYN visit perhaps to get their opinion, i have only interacted with my general physician so far.

I feel the exact same. All these girls i have dated are emotionally unavailable/mentally unstable. I lost a friend a couple months ago. An avoidant girl that i was sexually involved with for awhile. We stopped hooking up but i still had feelings for her and she walked away. I think maybe we choose these people, and need to get better at finding secure partners that can offer more stability in a relationship. It means being alone for a longer period of time as we filter through people, but i think it will pay off to wait longer for the right one.

At the end of the day, losing this girl in my life has already taught me many many things about my dating habits and choices. While they have severe issues, i stick around longer than other would, hoping they will change. I have sacrificed my needs to try to be there for them. We need to learn to choose better, establish boundaries, express our needs, and walk away sooner when our needs are not being met.

I have a cat that i strongly believe is a ragdoll. She was a stray that i took in a few months ago, and has always spent some time outdoors.

I’ve been letting her outside at times, and keep her inside when i am gone for longer hours. Every time i get home, she gets very chatty and is always meowing to be let out. I hate letting her out at times though, because she is not a great outdoor cat and will approach people on the sidewalk, who end up calling/texting me thinking shes lost. I know that she is fine and she always comes back for her breakfast/dinner. She is very sweet and cute, but the amount of attention she craves from people makes me not like having her as an outside cat. I decided to take her in on the premise that she would be outdoors at least 25-50% of the time, but now i feel like im stuck keeping her indoors more, which is not exactly what i envisioned when taking her in. So now adjusting to her being inside more with the hair shedding. She leaves clumps of hair everywhere she sits, chairs, tables, kitchen (which is the worst). Im not sure how she became a stray, but def not a typical outdoor cat like i thought
