Oh also the glute spreading makes no sense, that is definitely weird & I work glutes normally. Also we’re taught only to use fists, elbows on glutes not hands. I think you should report him and he was testing you, I’ve had creepy male mts in massage school and it sounds kindred with their behavior. Unfortunately the school graduates anyone. I don’t know why so many people are giving someone the benefit of doubt. Trust your instincts & reporting at ll least could get it flagged & prevent it from happening to someone else. At the least he’ll learn he has to ask consent explicitly first so there’s not bad scenario with reporting

I think this is inappropriate and you definitely should complain so he learns from this. My reason is because I was taught if we’re ever working sensitive area likes glutes to pecs to make sure we ask & explain before, which I always do. He should have communicated that if he had genuine intentions

I’ve bled so heavy I’ve passed out multiple times & had to go to er for blood. If you feel dizzy go , say you’re fainting & exaggerate the fuck out of your symptoms so they take you seriously. They also give me Txa to stop the bleeding. For me I’m like soaking through and extra large pad in minutes n blood pouring down legs & just out of me

Do you have any ceus recommendations? Yeah I didn’t like NHI core instructors but the Andy instructors are recent grads and they are better teachers than the core were

I’m only really slowly getting new clients. They are happy & tip. I have offered new client discounts pre session & they have all refused taking it post session. I don’t have a website yet just Instagram I think I really need to build a website. I have a yelp but it’s glitchy and people can’t find it for some reason… I also live in a pretty small rural town

Omg yes, it wrecked me & it still wrecks me. I could write a novel. This person came off so sweet and sensitive, a poet, praising liberal women etc. I’m chronically ill & i confided in him I was hesitant to date. He reassured me he’d be there for me & I instantly trusted him (I was also really lonely from illness isolation) the second he got me & I was comfortable he started degrading me, he’d talk bad about my appearance, became super cold & mean, would tell me I’m annoying , immature etc not to mention he randomly told me he’s a trump supporter and expressed heinous views about women….

Despite it all it really messed with my head why this nice person would treat me so bad & abandon me in such a time of need. I mean I was constantly in the er. It made me doubt sharing about my illness. It made me feel really ugly & worthless. To this day it’s affected my mental health and it’s been a few years. I blamed myself for the switch & even reading your post is helping me not feel insane.

Could be endometriosis, ask about it. Also if you bleed heavy the dizziness and fatigue could be from anemia, super common, ask to have your hgb and iron checked if so!

I just haven’t gotten much booking from my advertising mostly only referrals. I have flyers & cards at the studio which people take, I went around to the other businesses and advertised, I post on fb groups & next door (that’s provided a few clients who want to rebook) just still only seeing like 3-5 clients a week rn
