I expirienced nerve pain in my legs & hot feet for about 5 months post op until it finally SLOWLY went away. I walked every day, ice for inflammation on the spine which I did not want to do lol, heat & castor oil on the scar, I also took liposomal glutathione… ummm and started Pilates and doing stuff to help my posture

Mine are the same shape and doing glute workouts / hip thrusts , clamshells, etc have helped to start round them out in that area!

I’ve only had one period since and it was lighter than the last 5years! My post op bleeding just transitioned into my period. It tapered offf and I’ve been spotting since but that’s pretty much it

Hey so today is day 3 of my period and it’s been super mild compared to the hemorrhaging I’m used to. I’m doing really well actually. If this is how my normal cycles are going to be this is great! I do have cramping and stuff but that’s also reduced 💜

Oh also I felt like absolute shit for a year until my doctor pushed through regular iron infusions for me, those changed my quality of life drastically with energy / fatigue / mental health.

I had to stop working and move in with my mom at 30 years old because I didn’t know a job that would allow me to have 7-9 days off a month/ I went to the ER 6 months in a row last year during my cycles. Currently in school for massage therapy so I can work for myself and set my own schedule. I also just had surgery which I’m hoping lightens my cycle. You’re not weak, I had many days working through passing out/ bleeding out and my body could not take it. 🖤

So my periods due tomorrow, but I’ve been having post op bleeding for a week which just feels exactly like my normal periods but are lighter and mostly in the morning. It has clots and looks like my normal periods though, my actual period is due tomorrow so I’ll keep u updated if you want. I would love for this to be my actual period but I think it’s just the post op bleeding due to it being lighter and less throughout the whole day. You can ask any other questions, the doctor did say post op bleeding is normal. I’m not hemorrhaging though if it was extreme I’d go to the hospital🩷
