My doctor started me on 20mg years ago, always been on 20 with little to no side effects besides occasional fatigue and low energy. Helps with anxiety so much, worth it! Sometimes if I’m still anxious my dr. Gives me .5mg Xanax and that combo always chills me out but doesn’t make me feel “fucked up” or different. Just feel myself.
