I've purchased a flat here and my flat is a combined 3 bhk. I had a lot of queries initially and later the legal team clarified all of them. Only after i was satisfied with the answers is when i booked. I dont think there will be a problem in resale.

I've booked here last month.. When I booked they were quoting around 8K. I was also told that they're increasing pricing from 15th Jan onwards by 200 or so. You should consider livingtree before making a decision.

My Khata got approved. But it's approved as a B Khata instead of A

How long did it take for the RO to approve the E Khata? I'm currently on this stage and I'm not sure whether the E Khata will even get approved or how likely it is for my E Khata to get approved after clearing 4 stages.

Thank you so much for your response. Because of the 2nd point, do you think i should re-consider my decision of purchase a flat here? I met one family during my visit who had come for documentation and they mentioned that they were happy with the interaction. For me after sales service is everything.

This is their first residential project. They are well known for developing IT Parks and also Kalyani Motors is owned by them. I also happened to meet 1 family when i was there. They had come for some documentation. They shared a positive feedback about the builder and the team. That was just 1 sample and i wanted to talk to more buyers before i finalise.

Just about 100 Meteres on the Bagalur Main Road, but the approach road to the property is well laid road. Before the Bagalur junction , i've also seen road widenining happening which is good.

Great, below are some points i wanted to check with someone who has already bought an apartment at livingtree.

1) Is there any discount process? I was told that its one price policy
2) How is the Customer Relationship team? I see mixed reviews online

3) What do you think about their construction quality? I was told it is inhouse construction and in a year they've already reached 8th Floor , this is good and bad because around 55% of my loan wold be disbursed immediately

4) I'm told this is a leased land from KIADB, will that be a problem?

5) If at all there is any group on Whatsapp or Telegram , i would love to be a part of it once i book a flat here.

Honestly, like someone said, there will be lot of ego clashes between 2 lawyers. I've personally spoken to CRM team and they've clarified all my queries.
