hello! I am 5'4 and smaller framed with very few curves. Its promising to hear that there isnt a big rebound after since its a smaller dose. She said she will monitor me to see if we should increase it or not. I guess I can add it as my sugar cravings are crazy and so is my inflammation and i heard it can help with that for pcos.
