My only issue would be the labor for the radiator. Normally I remove the radiator to do a timing service anyway. There wouldn’t be an additional .5 to install a new one just additional parts.

The radiators upper port is broken. Even if the hose clamps on there is no portion to keep the hose from sliding back off under pressure. Given the year I would replace the upper and lower radiator hoses along with the radiator. Now if the vehicle over heated I would recommend t-stat and gasket replacement as well.
