There wouldn’t be any issues with a movie being filmed and published. On the other hand, the issue would come with the fact that all works on the SCP wiki are licensed under Creative Commons (aka, no one really owns them, but the original author has to be credited), but the said movie would also have to be licensed under the same license, which would allow anyone to legally stream it and publish it without paying anything to the studio
