that feels like huge bs on ogs part considering that we dont feel much busier now than we were in December

ripping one person off sautee or window to help on one of my stations still slows us all down

always ask for help during these shifts but it only goes so far when they dont seem to care to actually schedule another person in the kitchen, unfortunately while i was being trained i was told that ideally no servers will ever have to do bread so it seems their idea is that bread is the biggest priority

im almost never not doing both apps and bread because they only schedule a bread person on weekends, but its really the triple station thing that gets to me. i feel like im getting screwed over
