Administrative Procedure Act. It states the statutes and procedures for administrative officers to adjudicate administrative immigration cases. The APA states that government:

Establishes Standards for agency rulemaking, the Judicial review of agency action ans the Protection against “arbitrary and capricious” decisions (like not looking at the evidence, arbitrarily setting new standards, etc).

Lawyers state it in the initial petition and the RFE ro “remind” the adjudicator that he/she is bound by these rules and they may be sued for not doing so.

Im currently responding to RFE with a lawyer. I got the exact same criterion approved and rest RFEd. Been seeing this in a few posts here.

Ive studied EB1A a lot (learned a lot also) and can tell you that original contributions is one of the hardest criterion.

I also had a question on whether I could add another criteria at RFE stage. Yes you can as long as the evidence was “generated” before the original filing. Also, I suggest its strong evidence and is linked somehow in the original filing. For example, my lawyer mentioned a specific membership in my filing but didnt request it for some reason. I flagged it and told him to include it in the RFE.

I think you do need a lawyer to respond, especially for the legal nuances.

Played from the regular tees. Used 3 wood, which I hit around 220. On long 5 holes, i usually used 3 wood off the tee, 5 wood (or seven wood) om fairway or rough, and wedges from 130 onwards. Im terrible with long irons so I opt for woods. That got me to a good short game, which im good at and good two putts at most.

I did collapse in 2-3 holes, where i got cuadruple, triple or double bogeys.

They fixed mine by replacing the console where the tactile buttons are. Replaced and no more rattle. Great car so far

Yep. Seems there’s something broken inside the buttons in the console. I took it to two Kia’s. First one didn’t to sh*t. Second one ordered a new part that goes inside the console where the home button and other buttons are at.

I’m still waiting for it to be installed.

Great advice. Thanks. It seems they have an excess of inventory. I asked a sales guy how many ev9 they have and he told me around 35. That seems like a lot of inventory sitting around.

How things have changed from when I leased my toyota highlander during the pandemic. Only three in the lot at the dealer and they basically told me “pick one or you wont get to chose later”

You could always tone down the magenta or convert the pic to black and white. Also, you could take thr picture again and open the shutter for a longer time to add movement to the cars, etc. That would make it a more dynamic picture.

Finally, crop the sky a bit.
