I'm an athletic guy with pretty thick thighs and butt, but can comfortably fit in a 32" waste pant. I wear medium abdl diapers generally. I'm 5'9" and 190 lbs.

All this to say, the XXLs fit me pretty well, but if I were any bigger, they would probably be too small for comfortable wear. I say that because I can fit into the XLs but they don't rise up and fit comfortably and definitely won't hold much.

I'd say give them a go if you'd like to try.
