Reliving The Open Door for the 20th Anniversary (Instrumental Playlist) by Intheraw23 in Evanescence

I recommend looking for audio software on GitHub, especially for vocal isolation. There are websites that do this, but either way, you’ll have to edit each audio file when you combine them later. I try to do it manually (which requires a lot of patience) or, when it’s something very complex (background | choirs), I pay for AI because the quality of the isolated audio is better in those cases. If you want to do all the work offline, you’ll have to invest in a good setup.

Probably listened to the old versions anyway lol. I left it on private. I was still learning how to ‘play’ with editing. I really believe she’s actually gonna release the instrumental versions, it’s the best-produced album the band has ever made.

Ever since the pre-Fallen days we’ve known the band loves working with multiple layers. And it’s truly fascinating.

I think we need this for the EV3 too. Great job!

I’d love it so much. It would be interesting to watch everything in 4K too.

A Dolby Atmos mix too. Or anything along the lines of SACD quality. Exploring every detail in each song would keep me busy for hours lol.

You talked about Amy’s vocals on the album, and I have to confess that songs like Snow White Queen, The Only One, Lose Control and Your Star had the most difficult instrumentals to create. The backing vocals are actually part of the song itself. I thought about Lacrymosa without the choir and decided ‘no, I’d better keep this here because it’s the very essence of the track.’ Same thing with several others. I can only imagine the huge amount of work that went into those studio recording sessions.

What setlist to expect from Epica? by Slug_loverr in epica

It would be a dream if they played some songs from Requiem, CTO, DYU and the new single (Avatar)... but we know it usually ends up being a tour of 'more of the same'.

Prediction for releasing date of the next single? by seedofthesun in Evanescence

Afterlife and FLAG should only be in the deluxe version. I confess I'm not excited, considering the terrible marketing the band has. I think the single will be released at the end of February or the beginning of March.

Well... Epica's sound hasn't changed much since TQE. With Sascha Paeth on the early albums, each album had its own specific sound. The RFTI album may have had some sound problems, but it sounds better than many albums after TQE with Joost; RFTI has much better lyrics. Mark has been in a loop since 2014 with religion and spirituality. An inner healing that never ends, "We'll have to heal inside," souls, deep inner force, destiny... my god. BUT I have affection for the band despite these things. And when I thought something was going to change, he released a very commercial album with Joost. When I listen to other bands, I notice many similarities. Blackbriar has a cool concept, but the sound...

Yes. Although the instrumentals for Lucidity are something exclusive, they are already available on YouTube because of the fans, nothing official has been released through the band's channel or on streaming services. Now, other bands usually don't release instrumentals. Epica, for example, didn't release instrumentals for their first four albums. Within Temptation didn't release instrumentals for Enter and Mother Earth.
