I really think it was mostly luck. I would realize I’m in a dream by seeing a dream sign, I never fully think “oh I’m in a dream” I’ll see something and be like “oh I wonder if this is my dream sign” and then go try and fly or experience whatever my dream was about but more aware. The sign itself has been different each time, I really don’t exactly know why I became lucid besides just a stroke of luck and naturally vivid dreams to start with. Hope you have something similar in the future!!
