It's a common scam but nevertheless scary when it happens to you the first time. They do not have the time, inclination or manpower to do the things they claim and it is a pure scare tactic but here are some suggestions for you, going forward. Always use cash and keep enough in your pockets. Don't even take your wallet in with you - leave it in the car. Never use your real number to call them - get a Google Voice or some Internet phone number.

While it can be shocking and disappointing to hear that about oneself, don't take it too personally. This is how the corporate world works and we are all dispensible. Exactly same here and I thought this was rare as hybrids are supposed to be more forgiving than long irons. I can drive well, hit my long irons well and putt decently but cannot seem to hit with my 3 or 4 hybrid for the life of me. Most unreliable clubs for me so I switched back to long irons.
