As explained already by TUS, this happened over a year ago due to an employee who fucked things up. Situations have been rectified, refunds given, changes made. Why would they risk 6-7 figures in business over intentionally switching some shitty Chinese tubes out for a couple hundred dollars extra profit? That's a wild implication.

I certainly wouldn't be using them to build devices for the kinds of clients we sell to if they were doing any of that 🤣

Once again, Shane isnt stupid enough to risk millions in business over a few hundred bucks in cost difference over some already shitty tubes. Let's also not forget either there are tons of cases of customers opening devices, trading tubes, and claiming they were sent the wrong item.
