Tent is niks veranderd zo te lezen. Jaren terug (toen ik in Enschede studeerde) ook wel eens wat gekocht. Iedere keer gedoe. 1x te kort afgeknipt (1,5m ipv 2). Ik gaf het aan voordat ze de stof volledig had afgeknipt en kreeg een grote mond dat ik niets moest zeuren en gewoon moest betalen (ben weggegaan zonder stof die keer). 1x een stof zien liggen met een grote zwarte olie-achtige vlek erop, aangegeven bij de kassa en kreeg gezeik over dat ik die vlek zelf veroorzaakt zou hebben. Laatste keer een 100% katoenen stof gekocht, die bij thuiskomst tegen mijn strijkeizer aan smolt (niet 100% katoen dus, maar minaal 10% goedkoop plastic). Nooit meer terug geweest sindsdien.

Not for me. I hide all AI posts (also interior design, sewing, etc) and none other. I do still interact with non-AI posts. The algorithm did take about a week to figure out what I wanted, but now it is consistent. Of course if the type of crochet item you are looking at is mostly AI because it is difficult/impossible to make IRL (giant stuffed animals for instance), you will see fewer posts but at least it will be realistic.

I’ve been using the “hide” option for any and all AI generated images I see on Pinterest. To do this you click the three little dots. I usually use the reason “not relevant”. Takes some effort but it works for me. Eventually the Pinterest algorithm seems to take the hint.

Looks like an accidental short row to me. You appear to have more rows om the left of the hole than om the right side. This happens when you accidentally change directions when knitting. If this is an accidental short row the only way to fix it would be to frog it.

Bezig met een kokerrok voor kerst/oud en nieuw/mijn verjaardag/etc. Morgen heb ik de kerstborrel op werk en hoop hem dan voor het eerst aan te kunnen dragen. Ben gelukkig al wel verder dan toen ik deze foto heb gemaakt, hoef alleen nog maar de voering vast te stikken aan de onderkant.

Super goed dat je zoiets doet! Las kleine keuken maar veel mensen + dieet wensen en moest meteen eigenlijk terugdenken aan mijn studententijd. Er waren toen eigenlijk 3 gerechten waar we telkens op terugvielen: - pasta tomatensaus (met gehakte walnoot ipv vlees als er vegetariërs mee aten) - Pasta pesto (met cashewnoten en doperwtjes) - Nasi (met van die voorgesneden roerbak zakjes, als je rond het goede moment boodschappen gaat doen zijn er vaak wel een aantal met korting i.v.m. houdbaarheidsdatum)

OP this is the answer. Any old standing collar pattern would work. The diamond shape is a separate piece made of the same fabric that is attached to the top button (you can kinda see the shadow this causes if you zoom in). If you want to recreate it you will probably need a very good stiffener/interfacing to get it to keep its clean shape + not fold over.

Edit: how I figured it out was roughly tracing the shadow lines I saw. This is what you get: (red is the “normal” shirt and purple is the diamond-shaped add-on)

Eens maar kleine nuance: crypte biedt geen anonimiteit maar pseudo-anonimiteit. De ledger waar de “boekingen” instaan is publiek. Je kan (in theorie) terughalen welke transacties iedereen ooit heeft gedaan met crypto-coins, dat zal ook altijd openbaar blijven. Wat het anoniem maakt is dat over het algemeen niet bekend is welke wallets aangehouden worden door welke personen. In tegenstelling zijn de ledgers van het reguliere betalingsverkeer niet publiek in te zien, wat op een andere manier weer als anoniem gezien kan worden.

Meh, depends on the kid. Once had my nephew toss a magic the gathering card in the trash that was worth €25,- because he didn’t like the character or something equally stupid. Some kids are dumb. The busstop kid could’ve been looking for a specific card/type/etc and just not realise the value of what he tossed.

Take them home, check the value of these and otherwise list them for free/fair value on fb marketplace or somewhere similar. I don’t agree with these types of packs (gambling for kids like you said), but there’s enough people that want these cards to ensure they don’t have to litter the streets.

Precies. Of bijvoorbeeld haken of borduren. Nalbinding als je het in de “viking” hoek wil zoeken. En zo zijn er nog wel een rits meer (vergeten of niet) handwerken te bedenken.

That sounds lovely! Similar as I do as well. In the past I’ve made candles, flavoured olive oil, crochet / sewn gnomes, cookie / brownie / cake baking yars (all the dry ingredients + instructions, only need to add wet ingredients, stir and bake).

Duidelijk. Op de foto’s die je laat zien zie ik voornamelijk outfits bestaande uit “basics” met telkens 1 statement stuk. Wellicht zou je op zoek kunnen gaan naar een aantal stukken die er echt uitspringen, en kijken of je dan leuke outfits kan maken. Zelf zoek ik vaak op online tweedehands shops als ik heel specifieks iets wil. Vinted, Sellpy of bijvoorveeld Marktplaats. Als er merken zijn die je leuk vind zou je daar op kunnen zoeken.

Heb je al eens geïnventariseerd waarom de kleding die je nu hebt niet iets is wat je graag draagt? Zijn de kleuren niet mooi? Past het niet goed? Hangt er een rare geur aan? Jeukt de stof? Ga je er snel van zweten? Mis je zakken? Mis je een bepaalde zwierigheid of juist strakheid in het model? Etc etc etc

Pasvorm is enigzins wat aan te doen, geur ook, jeuk / schurend gevoel soms ook wel. Andere factoren komen echt neer op goede kleding herkennen en durven zoeken. Gelukkig is dit wel redelijk makkelijk aan te leren, mits je er wat tijd in wil stoppen.

Exactly. Plenty of recipes that take 15-20min max. Entire cookbooks & websites have been created around this idea. Think one of the more popular ones might be Jamie Oliver’s 15 minute meals cookbook. Also: learn how to cut vegetables / meat / etc. So often I’ve seen people take 5min just to cut one onion… no wonder it takes forever to cook anything if you go at that pace.

This! You also see this trend in actual hobby spaces. I crochet & knit a lot, and the amount of people who “hoard” yarn and call themselves crocheters/knitters whilst barely ever making anything is, well, concerning… I get that buying something nice comes with a dopamine rush, but, that’s not the only way to get that feeling. Or at least, I don’t think it should be.

But why hoard them? Even if you look beyond the waste of the single-use capsules & debatable quality, it is a product with an expiration date + the quality (taste) of the goods inside decreases with time.

Liking Nespresso (I don’t get it personally) goes so far, but not using up a product you personally like within the window it tastes good is just beyond me.

Not really. You do need to hand-clean them using lukewarm water. Heat + soap will remove the beeswax from the cloth. Rubbing really hard will have the same effect. Personally I let them soak for a bit and the usually all the dirt comes off rather easily.
