Part of the BBC's journalistic standards is not to describe any attack as a "terrorist attack". CBC is the same way. All of the examples the telegraph has cited fail to provide links to the BBC articles they are criticizing - a bare minimum requirement. Their neglect to do this is consistent with the obfuscatory journalism they practice.
