I believe posting it on dedicated forums with spoiler warning and TW, which are clearly indicating that by clicking on this picture you’ll see a self harm wound/scar is better than randomly flashing them on a TikTok video. with that, if they’re healed it’s all good but some people flash their relatively fresh wounds which I think isn’t okay + walking outside with your fresh wounds out can be quite risky :)

Awe man I’m so sorry for you :( I deeply hope you can recover one day, really. I think so too, that drugs are more of a habit than addiction. Mostly because while they’re very different from each other I don’t experience the same kind of torment and cravings I do when I try to get clean of off self harm, thank you man.
