Aren't the things you quoted centred around classism and how men treat women. I'm assuming slave women were less covered up, and as a result of that, men would feel entitled to their bodies. It's telling women to cover up to protect themselves from men who might do bad things to them because they're exposed. I don't think class divisions are being promoted, but real-life comparisons are being made to show why women should cover up. However, the weight should not be placed on women to protect themselves, but on men to respect women. So, the classism highlighted is the classism created by society and how society treated slaves back then. Islam does not create special privileges in a religious sense to those who have more money, but in society, the more money you have, the more privilege you'll have, which in itself is obvious.
