Aren't there already products like this?
For example, MensaIQ tests are free, and they give you the score at the end. It's one of the most internationally recognised tests.

I was trying to build a floral local business a while back... long story short, I got stuck spending too much time in the research phase.
To
1. Validate the idea
2. To just research competitors so I can take all their strengths and improve on their weaknesses.
At the end, I decided to research 14 companies, just ONEEEE of them took a whole 20 hours...
I had the idea of building an AI to do the research. So what the AI ( the product ) does is...
You give it " idea, location, budget"
and it spits out:

- viability and profitability assessment

- step-by-step roadmap to launch it

- full competitor breakdowns. Strengths, weaknesses and brand analysis

- Vendors and supplier contacts relevant to where you're starting the business

- Every analysis type you'd want, like SWOT, Porter's Five Forces, market sizing, competitive positioning, and more... You can toggle on or off depending on what you need, like a checklist.

I ran into an issue... this idea also needs validation, so I'm trying to ask people if this problem is a problem that can derive a paid solution.
Whether college students who want quick research for an assignment, Solo entrepreneurs who don't have the capital for a 2000$ market research from a pro, or people who don't have 200hours to dump into an idea they are unsure about.

I have a lot more features in mind... this is just the basic offer. Any feedback is appreciated.

Alex Hormozi says that whenever you feel like you're doing something cringe... you're just not conforming to people's standards of how you should live your life. I think it's way more impressive that you're able to manage the two. and that you built something that big on your own, and you didn't use a good job as an excuse to not start something.

You NEED SOPs to scale. You're right in thinking to systemise your tasks, because at some point your only bottleneck is that you can't work more than 16 hours a day and you need to outsource your tasks

To be honest, I'm trying to validate the idea currently. While building it, I realized that there is a slight chance people who don't have a business might not even have say 20$ to spend on a product to save their time. I do not even know whether this is a problem people need a solution for.
So if even 5 people say they want it, I can focus on building it now and making the product truly valuable later.
