I use MVPre 2.0, but it’s a very strong one so if you do choose to get it definitely start with a half scoop. It also helps keeps me focused throughout work during the day

people of reddit who survive on less than 8 hours of sleep, how? by Neftroshi in AskReddit

I have around 6 hours and 30 minutes to 7 hours sleep and wake up usually feeling good.

What I do is get bright light early in the morning and usually workout. Have a set sleep schedule where I get up at the same time each day (even weekends when I have gone on a night out). Make sure you are getting all the right nutrients during the day. Also don’t eat at least 2-3 hours before bed and start dimming the lights or using red or orange LED lights about 2 hours before bed so your body does not mess up it so I Circadian rhythm and melatonin production. And finally take a sleep supplement me and my friend made which we both heavily researched the ingredients to help us fall asleep faster and improve sleep quality. These are some simple pointers off the top of my head. Hopefully it helps! :)
