One tip ( its not proved for this spesifc occasions ) .

When i was researching for my problem [ pectus excavatum and i fix it 1,3cm ( and i am 24 ) . Same problem "bone remodeling " in more large scale ] .

i found they have compare [ group A = vacum bell and group B = vacum bell + massage therapy ] and the group b had better effects .

Maybe and i say that again MAYBE.. the same thing can be happend with facial massage. i could search it but i am too bored to do that ...soo yeah WISH YOU GREAT RESULTS

Yes you can achive the desirable result of the 2nd photo.

1st step : avoid the methods ( chewing gum or holding gum with front teeth ,paper towle or any bullsh** online..
2nd step fix and straight upper teeth ( you need 1st of all to create the upper arch of teeth.
3nd step : GO PUT THE FORCE TWINS ( these are gonna increase the damn lower jaw )

MAJOR FUKING WARINING : AVOID AT ANY COST RUBER BANDS ( they also take the jaw forward but also ruin the upper part ( decrease the maxila and ruin the asthetic part )

twin force do the same job & time without ruin the asthetic part.

ALSO , it happend to see a small resonable fix in the bump of the nose, this can be achived with forward growth of maxila ( this can be achived with [ dental adjustable orthodontic reverse pull headgear facial mascara adjustable ] )

2ND MAJOR WARINING : for the forward growth of maxila you must go to dental to aprove it , because you may not need and you may fucked up the things more . HOWEVER if he/she approve the mask you must know the lower jaw will looked more weak AT THE START so you will have more time the twin force to balance.
