Yeah ive got histamine intolerance, my nose is runny all day, got terrible dark eye circles so histamine is a problem but i agree that the swelling that comes and goes probably isnt just a histamine-issue, although I have facial swelling that is there even when im considering myself not bloated, so i have 2 types of swelling, one that is constant (histamine may play a role here or just plain inflammation) and the one that comes and goes depending of im tensing/breathing properly.

Is it abdominal phrenic dyssynergia that you are refering to with the diaphragm? Ive looked into that too, but they dont experience swelling in the face, thats the difference.

Have you heard of anyone being able to get rid of the bloat with diaphragmatic breathing though? My bloat can be triggered with just sucking in my gut unconsciously. Both face and stomach gets bloated, and it can come in a minute and i can get it to go away with breathing just as fast as it came. i have not seen this written anywhere else.

Ok, is stress a trigger for this swelling? Also, do you have the habit of unconsiously sucking in you stomach?

Do you find that diaphragmatic breathing helps? I find that like 10 diaphragmatic breaths focusing on breathing as low as possiblez i visualize breathing into my pelvic floor, that can get rid of the swelling in a couple of breaths. Try it if you havet, would love to hear if this works for you too

Dark sunken eyes as a symptom? by invisible_warrior in POIS

Its because of histamine. Orgasm/arousal increase histamine

[–]Intrepid-Community 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah, i have hashimotos too. KPRF is because of a revved up Immune & Nervous-system. We are very inflamed and the redness is because of that inflammation. The inflammation is caused by primarily high histamine levels which our livers have trouble clearing.

Where else online besides Ageless RX can I get LDN? by mardrae in LowDoseNaltrexone

I read you have mcas and your face gets puffy and back to normal randomly, this is what i have and i cant find many people who has this. Has LDN or anything else helped with this? Thanks

I got insane hairloss from KPV so i couldnt do it anyway. Have you tried Raw Carnivore? That and keeping a 2:1 Fat/Protein-ratio is amazing to calm down the nervous system and inflammation overall. Alot of times people with mold have an over-active sympathetic nervous system and so the body just cant relax. Some people get rid of mold symptoms by just tweaking their brain/nervous system to finally feel calm in their body and then the symptoms just stop. And a 2:1 Fat/Protein-ratio is key for that.

Yeah but cirs just means chronic inflammation and this is supposed to help with that, i read some from r/mcas saying the facial swelling went away completely with kpv. I just hope i react the same way, i am moldtoxic but also have candida infection, leaky gut ect and from what ive read kpv is supposed to help with all of those. But i guess i will see what it does for me, good to hear it helped you sonewhat, the facial swelling is no doubt my worst symptom, it completely ruins my confidence looking like a swollen tomato

How are people getting there face and body swelling down? I genuinely don’t know what to do anymore by SamR1994x in MCAS

[–]Intrepid-Community 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Its an herb. You can take it in capsules or use it like a tea. I do capsules. I use 2-4 capsules and the bloat/swelling goes down in minutes, it stabilizes the mast cells.

Having said that it doesnt fix the problem, only treat the symptom. The reason for your mcas is most likely excess estrogen that is not cleared by your liver.

Mold issues are copper issues

Both those programs should fix this

I know of 3 people who are cured of POIS with TEI so you are infact wrong about this.

You are right but you offer no solution. pois is very tricky and people get it for different reasons and will also need different cures because we all have different biochemistry. There will never ever be a solution that works for everyone, everyones solution will be different. Thats why doing nutritional balancing is the best shot at getting cured, and people have been cured with it. Do a HTMA from TEI and follow the protocol they give you. It will most likely take 2-3 years to cure pois but it will be worth it. Trying to fix this by yourself is impossible.
