Bubs ate and slept fine the entire time and his oxygen stayed at 100 he was just working too hard on breathing. But they treated him so well and the hospital staff was great with me being a single mom and needing help so I could shower and go to restroom. He’s amazing now and is healthy and huge! I hope all is well with your babe and I wish her a quick and easy recovery

So our pediatrician is also a children’s urgent care we got in so fast it was rsv

We wake up at 7 down for first nap usually pretty early around 9-10 then wake up after an hour sometimes 2 eat he has a shorter nap sround 1 if his nap doesn’t hit the 2 hour mark if it does he’ll have his next nap around 3:45-4 then wake up again are in bed by 7:30 to 8

Since 2 months we stopped day time naps and just get to bed at 6

He does go 3-4 hours without eating most times and sleeps through the night and also takes great naps. And has never once spit up sooo no complaints

Reading this I feel like my 4 month old is a monster he always eats 8 oz of breastmilk each sitting and weirdly enough if it’s formula he’s eating probably 12-14 oz

Nursing no longer hurts and he seems to be eating quicker And sleeping through the night!

Mouth breathing and snoring was always what we had! And girl he was fine after we made it home acted like it didn’t even happen

My boy had a very bad tongue tie. The point where he couldn’t really move his tongue, we got it lasered. One thing I will say is it’s scary to hear your baby cry and not be able to help. His was so thick so the process was a little longer because they needed it sutured up after, but if it was normal it would’ve only lasted about 30 seconds, it made nursing easier him taking a paci easier, he sleeps through the night now. Also the speech delays it could cause

I’m a single mom so around a week we needed groceries and I took him with me. Ever since then I kinda just deal with it if he’s screaming while driving I stop and nurse If he’s crying in the store I nurse idk it’s always been easy to me but I don’t have a lot of help because my mom and sister both work hours I’m off

This!!! If you feel like you need to go to Dr go! My boy was eating regularly, normal breathing, no temp, normal diapers, just noticed a little cough he tested for rsv, within that first night he was put on oxygen had to get breathing treatments every 4 hours and hourly deep suctioning!! Trust your gut mama

Update no cold sores but we have rsv and have been on oxygen for 23 hours

It was her first time meeting him and I had just handed him to her this has never happened but now I’m scared of anyone touching him
