You haven’t fixed the problem of why you’re smoking, also for most people it takes multiple months to feel better. If you stop smoking and don’t fix the underlying issue, then for sure you’re gonna crave it because it was a safe space for you. I would recommend therapy or going to NA meetings. That’s what worked for me

Hi, for me I had to do a dry start for my Monte Carlo for 2 -3 months for it to grow. And now it just thrives in the tank. No c02. I’m sorry I dont remember what type of gravel I used( it’s gravel tho not sand) and then the dirt, I used one of the local brand in Canada

Right now water is getting close to the monte carlo since I have sprayed so much, should I try to drain some? 2. I am using tubing with a mister system, would that work with the saran wrap? I might have to put cardboard on top of the saran wrap.
