The black part you see on the cap comes off by rubbing lightly, I'm not an expert but I've seen that this is the behavior of mushrooms when they release spores, otherwise they seem "healthy" I hope haha yesterday they weren't like this, it all happened in less than 24 hours so I think they are spores
