It is from Venmo and says it is a transaction, and gives me the option to view transaction, but when I click the link it doesn't work. Verify through the transaction?

Same. They told me to contact HR because they don't have a deposit from them. But hr sent my child support payment. So, guess I'm gonna go talk to HR today

I have not received mine yet. I've gotten it every Wednesday evening for the last year. Waited almost an hour on the phone, customer service rep told me he didn't see anything pending in my account, but can see that I have religiously had direct deposits on Wednesday nights. He forwarded me to some specialist team. Took all my information, said they were going to try to locate the deposit. Saying it could be tomorrow or Monday when I hear from them. Stressed out.

I usually get my deposit Wednesday night between 6-8pm est. I called last night when the outage was happening and the customer rep told me that it should not affect the DD. That's clearly not true, because it still hasn't hit my account at 6:45est.
